Refund policy
If you are wishing to return for a refund or exchange a faulty or incorrect item, we are here to help you, but please contact us first, by either phoning 03 6234 5144 or emailing info@betterlifeco.com.au
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order.
You will need to provide suitable evidence as ‘proof of purchase’.
Once your return or item for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied back to the original payment method you have used for the purchase. Also if approved for exchange, your new item will be sent to you at your own expense.
