Return and Refund Policy
If you are wishing to return for a refund or exchange a faulty or incorrect item, we are here to help you, but please contact us first, by either phoning 03 6234 5144 or emailing email@example.com
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order.
You will need to provide suitable evidence as ‘proof of purchase’.
Once your return or item for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied back to the original payment method you have used for the purchase. Also if approved for exchange, your new item will be sent to you at your own expense.

We deliver to all Australian states via Australia Post. We do not deliver to overseas destinations.
A confirmation email or SMS is sent to you as order is shipped. Please keep this as 'proof of purchase'.
After your payment is verified (usually within 24 hours), add 1-2 business days for processing. If an item is not in stock we will contact you.
Delivery usually takes up to 7 business days, depending upon your location.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the purchase, delivery, use or return of any product or service purchased from this website beyond the value of the item purchased.
